Kid’s Corner and Skills Park is a family‑friendly biking attraction for kids of all ages. This dynamic fun zone is located at the base of Pass Powderkeg ski hill in Blairmore, within walking distance of local restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. The area offers plenty of parking, washrooms, a picnic space, and endless bike fun. Kid’s Corner focuses on kid‑friendly trails designed for skill progression, while also showcasing local mining history. Through a partnership with the United Riders of Crowsnest (UROC) and the Crowsnest Museum, the trails feature mining artifacts and interpretive signs alongside fast berms, rolling singletrack, bridges, jumps, and stunts. Just west of Kid’s Corner, the Skills Park adds even more excitement with progressive jumps, wooden drops, skinnies, and a pump track. With shelters, picnic tables, washrooms, and bike tools, it’s a perfect place for families to spend the day riding and relaxing.
