Quick access to various hikes, dirt/quad trails, mountain biking and lakes. Just a 5-minute drive to Pass Powder Keg Ski, 45 minutes to Castle Mountain, 45 minutes to Fernie, 60 minutes to Waterton National Park, and 75 minutes to the US border (lakes and shopping). Awesome lakes and picnic spots like Lake Koocanusa, Surveyor Lake, Rosen Lake, Waterfalls etc. Amenities Included with the space are as follows, Wifi- TV, Apple TV and a DVD player, Netflix, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, outdoor fire pit with gravity chairs, front porch with chairs, condiments, popcorn machine, access to all the utensils, fridge with freezer, smoke and CO2 alarms.
