Temperatures are down, leaves are turning yellow… It can only mean one thing: Spooky Season is upon us!

To celebrate the arrival of fall and all the fun activities that come with it, we’ve put together a list of to-dos with your friends and little ones in and around the Pass in this season.

Spooktacular: Free Family Halloween

Come dressed in your favourite costume and join us at the MDM Community Centre on Saturday, October 29 from 11am to 1pm. There will be hot dogs, crafts, trick-or-treating, prizes, and games for children aged 2 to 12 and their parents.

Pumpkin in the Park

Take a stroll through Flumerfelt Park along the “Path of Pumpkins” on November 1st from 7pm to 9pm and get a free hot chocolate! Presented by the Coleman Community Society.

Halloweekends at Calaway Park

Celebrate all things spooky during the Halloweekends at Calaway Park. Bring your little ones to the park in costume for some treat-or-treating and spooky rides until October 10th between 11am and 5pm.

Pumpkins After Dark Calgary

Canada’s award-winning Halloween event is coming to Calgary! Featuring 6,000+ hand-carved pumpkins, this one-of-a-kind walkthrough experience is the must-see event of the fall season. With live pumpkin carving demonstrations, fall treats and sweets, and Instagram worthy photo ops, there is fun for the whole family!

Lethbridge Cornmaze

What is more fun than a life-size maze? Bring your friends and spend between 20 minutes to 2 hours finding your way through the four different mazes. Coming with kids? Field of Screams

Feeling brave? Check out Cobb’s Adventure Park’s Field of Screams nights happening October 14, 15, 21, 22, 28 and 29 from 6pm to 11pm. Featuring 6 nightmare-inducing haunted houses for the most adventurers of you, rides and other activities, there is fun for everyone!
